To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law: 

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages 

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through:
